Priority 1: Help us bring more people together through upgrading Raven Hall
Raven Hall is approaching its ten-year anniversary, and is in need of some major upgrades to our audiovisual system, to continue our mission of building community.
We strive to create a home-like environment where our residents build meaningful friendships with each other and with community members through on-site events. We share music, arts, health, and other programs and concerts for residents and our community. We have used our audiovisual system for years, and now, we urgently need a $50,000 investment to keep it functioning and current so we can continue our community and resident events.

Without the vision, passion, and commitment of a core group of “dreamers,” Raven Landing would not exist. It is here today because they were committed to the idea that Fairbanks seniors who love their town can and should remain in Fairbanks, continuing to enjoy and contribute to their community. Raven Landing has always been a non-profit venture: mission-driven and resident-responsive, with current residents serving on the Board of Directors.

Retirement Community of Fairbanks was established in 2004 to help address the needs of local seniors in the provision of housing, improved social interaction thru activities and healthy meals which improve quality of life. With your help we have been able to create a community center which hosts public events, community meeting space, cultural events and catered functions.
Each year you assist in meeting the needs of local senior citizens in Fairbanks and the North Star Borough. Your continuing contributions can help provide capital needs improvements at the center to expand services, offer new technologies which enable inter-generational education, and sponsor community-based activities.
Please join the Board of Directors and friends of the Retirement Community of Fairbanks again this year in contributing to Raven Landing and our mission.
